My Story

“You will always act in a manner that is consistent with the way you define yourself” says Marisa Peer, in her book I’m enough. And that's right! Ever since I was a small child, I told whoever wanted to hear that I could handle “it”. In other words, that I could do it on my own, no need for any help whatsoever. Well, nothing turned out to be further from the truth. Which I found out when I stumbled painfully a couple of times during my (otherwise successful) career. In those particular cases either my expectations did not match those of my boss, or those of the boss did not match what I had to bring in as a talent. With an almost paralysing burnout as a result.

I am Els Bosma, certified Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT) & Hypnotherapist. And I can say, I have grown leaps and bounds from the moment I discovered RTT. Not in height or weight, but in self-confidence, happiness and self-development. The first "eye opener" for me was when I sought help to find out why my expectations deviated so much from reality those times. Why did this happen to me? Now I know that that is due to the firm belief that I had gained in my childhood that I could always solve all problems myself (and therefore on my own). Great thing, independence. But not very practical. Asking for help and explanation when you need it is super powerful. And it gets you further then you ever expected. It either connects you or, if already connected, it reinforces your connections. And now that I know that, I know that I can achieve all my expectations: because I know that I can always rely on the people around me!

And how innocent is this belief of self reliance? Being able to do it yourself seems to be a very practical and handy conviction to have. And yet it had devastating consequences in my life. So what about a limiting belief that you are not good enough? That you are not worthy of love? That you can't cope with life?

Please, please know that there is no anxiety that is too great, no phobia that is too strange and no limiting belief about yourself that is too controlling: with RTT the life you want is available for you too! And I can help you achieve that.
